Using this website

This website is operated by Southern Pacific Logistics Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Information on this website

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for convenience. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but services, prices and availability can change, and a written quote or agreement from us takes precedence over anything shown here.

Carriage of goods

Transport services are provided under our conditions of carriage, which are supplied with your quote or account application. Carrier liability for loss or damage is limited. We recommend arranging your own transit insurance.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending us an enquiry is a request for information or a quote. It does not create a contract. Any service we provide is subject to our written quote and the terms of trade supplied with it.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
